When we started Strategic Builders at the J. Fisher Companies, we knew what we were doing. We felt like the market had plenty of builders willing to provide their services to us, but we saw a problem… We know that when we build, we build for the long term and we build with the end users needs in mind – and not just for a profit or a quick timeline. We want to be proud of what we deliver to the market for ourselves and for our select clients. We are STRATEGIC in how we design, in how we bid and in how we build our projects. The term STRATEGIC is very intentional and it is what makes us very proud of who we are.
